1. Creator Service Overview

Medellin Mafia Design operates an online store offering merchandise, apparel, accessories, digital products, memberships, and other products that may be made available through the Service (“Products”).

Many physical products offered by Medellin Mafia Design are made to order and are produced, printed, and/or fulfilled through third-party production and fulfillment partners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that:

  • you meet the minimum age requirement;

  • you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service; and

  • your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the Service, including memberships, may require you to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

4. General Payment Terms

Purchasing Products through the Service may require payment of applicable fees, shipping charges, and taxes.

Before completing your purchase, you will have an opportunity to review the amount you will be charged.

Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, prices displayed for U.S. customers are in U.S. Dollars.

4.1 Pricing

Medellin Mafia Design reserves the right to establish and change Product prices.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information displayed on the website is accurate and current.

Promotions, discounts, or special offers may have separate terms and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

4.2 Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, you authorize Medellin Mafia Design and its third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Payment processors may perform authorization or verification checks before completing a transaction.

4.3 Memberships

Certain memberships may involve automatically recurring payments.

If you activate a recurring membership, you authorize Medellin Mafia Design or its third-party payment processors to charge the applicable membership fee and taxes on a recurring basis until the membership is canceled or terminated.

You must cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for another membership period.

4.4 Returns and Refunds

Medellin Mafia Design accepts returns of eligible new, unused, defective, and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

The 30-day return period begins on the date the order is delivered.

Eligible returned products must be in their original condition and should include original tags or packaging when available.

Returns are handled by mail. For eligible returns, Medellin Mafia Design provides a prepaid return shipping label.

There is no restocking fee.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers who need another item, size, or design may return an eligible product according to this policy and place a new order separately.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the eligible return has been received and approved.

Banks, credit card companies, and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in the customer's account.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or contains the wrong item, contact Medellin Mafia Design within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue; and

  • clear photographs of the issue when requested.


Eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect Products may be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to the customer.

Orders may be edited or canceled before production begins when that option is available through the order confirmation process.

Because many Medellin Mafia Design Products are made to order, an order cannot normally be changed or canceled after production begins.

Customers should not mail Products directly to a production partner or fulfillment facility unless Medellin Mafia Design specifically provides the return address and instructions.

This return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Products will be shipped to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Applicable shipping charges will be shown before the order is completed.

Many Medellin Mafia Design Products are made to order. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the Product, production partner, destination, carrier, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Estimated production or delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

6. Licenses

6.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Medellin Mafia Design grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful personal use.

6.2 License Restrictions

Except where permitted by applicable law, you may not:

  • reproduce or distribute the Service without authorization;

  • modify or create unauthorized derivative versions of the Service;

  • interfere with security or access-control features;

  • circumvent technological restrictions; or

  • reverse engineer portions of the Service except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

6.3 Feedback

If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or recommendations concerning the Service or our Products, you grant Medellin Mafia Design permission to use that feedback for lawful business purposes without compensation or obligation to you.

7. Ownership and Proprietary Rights

The Service and its visual interfaces, graphics, designs, artwork, compilations, information, data, product designs, logos, branding, text, software, photographs, and other content (“Materials”) may be protected by copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other applicable laws.

Materials are owned by Medellin Mafia Design or the applicable third-party licensors, creators, production partners, or service providers.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected Materials without authorization.

Medellin Mafia Design reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE NOT TO:

  • use the Service for an illegal purpose or in violation of applicable local, state, federal, national, or international law;

  • violate or encourage others to violate the rights of another person or entity;

  • infringe or misappropriate intellectual property rights;

  • disable, circumvent, or interfere with security-related features of the Service;

  • reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code except where expressly permitted by applicable law;

  • upload or distribute viruses, spyware, malware, worms, or other malicious code;

  • falsely claim an affiliation with another person, company, or organization;

10. Effect of Termination

  • you may lose access to account-related features;

  • amounts lawfully owed before termination remain payable; and

11. Modification of the Service

Medellin Mafia Design and Fourthwall may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict portions of the Service from time to time.

We are not responsible for temporary interruptions or changes caused by maintenance, service providers, technical issues, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medellin Mafia Design, its affiliates, representatives, service providers, and Fourthwall from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or reasonable costs arising from:

  • your unlawful misuse of the Service;

  • your violation of these Terms;

  • your violation of applicable law; or

  • your infringement of another person's rights.

Nothing in this section limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. Disclaimers and No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Product appearance may vary slightly from photographs or digital mockups due to differences in screens, production processes, materials, printing methods, and other reasonable manufacturing variations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer protections, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Medellin Mafia Design uses Fourthwall to provide portions of the ecommerce and website infrastructure associated with the Service.

Except where separately stated by Fourthwall or required by law, purchases from Medellin Mafia Design are transactions between the customer and Medellin Mafia Design.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 General Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement concerning your use of the Service.

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and any applicable terms associated with the Fourthwall service arrangement, without limiting mandatory consumer rights provided by law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
