Cancellation Policy

Most Medellin Mafia Design products are made to order. Production may begin soon after an order is placed, so cancellation requests should be submitted as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Window
Customers may request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order. For on-demand products, Fourthwall’s current customer cancellation window is 1 hour after order placement. Creator cancellation may be available for up to 1.5 hours.
Submitting a request within the applicable cancellation window does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. Cancellation depends on whether fulfillment has already moved forward.
To request a cancellation, email contact@medellinmafiadesign.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, the name used for the order, and the reason for the request.
After Production Begins
Once production has started or a shipping label has been created, cancellation may no longer be possible.
We will review the order status and let you know whether cancellation is still available.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If a cancellation is approved before production begins, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank, credit card company, or payment provider.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Orders that have entered production, shipped, or been delivered cannot normally be canceled.
After delivery, please review our Returns & Refund Policy for information about eligible returns, damaged items, defects, or incorrect orders.
Address or Order Changes
If you need to correct a shipping address or change order details, contact us immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to update the order before production or shipment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has started.
