Returns & Refund Policy
Most Medellin Mafia Design products are made to order through our production and fulfillment partners.
This policy applies to orders placed through medellinmafiadesign.com.
Because products are made specifically after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
We do provide support for items that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or affected by a verified fulfillment issue.
If your order has one of these problems, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Photos of the product tag and packaging are helpful when available.
Eligible claims may be resolved with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, item, or design, a new order must be placed separately.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled before production begins when that option is available through your order confirmation.
Once production has started, the order generally cannot be changed or canceled.
