Custom Design Work

Custom design work includes artwork, mockups, names, text, graphics, and product concepts created specifically at a customer's request.

The scope of each project, requested products, pricing, included revisions, and estimated timeline will be confirmed before work begins.

Quotes and Payment

Custom design pricing varies based on the complexity of the request, number of products, artwork requirements, revisions, and production needs.

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote.

Work may not begin until any required payment or deposit has been received.

Any additional charges for revisions, design changes, production changes, or other requested services will be disclosed before the additional work is completed.

Revisions

The number of revisions included with a custom design request will be stated in the quote before work begins.

Any included revision limit, additional revision fee, and approval deadline will be stated in the quote.

Requests for major changes after a design has been approved may require an additional design fee.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, colors, placement, sizing, artwork, and other design details before giving final approval.

A design is considered approved when the customer confirms approval in writing or places the related order.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Production

Most custom products are made to order and may be produced and fulfilled through trusted third-party production partners.

Production times vary depending on the product, design, quantity, and fulfillment partner.

An estimated production and delivery timeline will be provided when available.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the stage of the request.

If design work, production, or fulfillment has already started, we may be unable to cancel the request or provide a refund for completed work.

Any refundable amount will depend on the amount of work already completed and whether production has started.

Returns and Refunds

Customization, production status, defects, damage, incorrect items, and other circumstances may affect return or refund eligibility.
