At Medellin Mafia Design, most products are made to order to ensure quality and uniqueness. Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by our trusted production partners.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days. This includes production time before shipment.

Estimated Shipping Times

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 2–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate shipments from different production or fulfillment facilities.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Medellin Mafia Design is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While Medellin Mafia Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, we are happy to assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
