Every MMD Inflatable Stand-Up Paddle Board is made to order through our manufacturing partner in China.

Estimated production time: Production depends on order quantity. The supplier estimates approximately 7–10 days for 2 boards and 20–30 days for 50 boards.

Estimated total U.S. delivery: Approximately 30–50 calendar days after order confirmation and final design approval, including production and transportation. Estimated transit from dispatch to the U.S. doorstep is approximately 25–30 calendar days.

Shipping method depends on the requested delivery speed. U.S. final delivery is usually handled by UPS or FedEx.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping within the United States.

Quality and Customer Support

Every SUP board is subject to a quality inspection before shipment.

If your board arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact Medellin Mafia Design within 30 days of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs.

Eligible issues may qualify for a replacement or refund under our published Returns & Refund Policy. Because SUP boards are made to order, buyer's-remorse returns and size or color preference changes are not accepted.
