Made to Order: Each board is manufactured through an independent production partner after order confirmation and final design approval.

Estimated production time: Production depends on order quantity. The supplier estimates approximately 7–10 days for 2 boards and 20–30 days for 50 boards.

Estimated total U.S. delivery: Approximately 30–50 calendar days after order confirmation and final design approval, including production and transportation. Estimated transit from dispatch to the U.S. doorstep is approximately 25–30 calendar days.

Shipping method depends on the requested delivery speed. U.S. final delivery is usually handled by UPS or FedEx.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Manufacturing delays, freight schedules, customs processing, weather, or carrier disruptions may affect arrival.

Standard U.S. shipping is included in the board price. No promotion or discount code is required.

Tracking information is provided after dispatch when available. Carrier updates may take up to 48 hours after acceptance.

✅ Quality Promise

If your board arrives damaged, defective, or different from your confirmed order specifications, contact MMD within 30 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs or videos when applicable.

Eligible claims may qualify for replacement components, a replacement board, a refund, or another appropriate remedy.

The 30-day reporting period does not limit applicable statutory consumer rights.

↩️ Cancellations & Returns

Cancellation Requests: Submit requests within 1 hour of purchase, before production or fulfillment begins. Approval is not guaranteed.

Once production begins, cancellations or order modifications are generally unavailable.

Made-to-Order Returns: Returns for changes of mind, customer-approved designs, or ordering errors are generally not accepted, except where required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly manufactured products may qualify for refunds or replacements.

If an approved claim requires a physical return, MMD or its fulfillment partner will arrange or cover authorized return shipping.
