5. Memberships & Recurring Billing

If you subscribe to a membership:

• Your billing date begins the day you subscribe

• Your membership renews automatically

• You may cancel anytime via your account’s Billing section

• Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing cycle

Memberships, digital products, and tips/donations are non-refundable.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Key points:

• Products are made to order

• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size choice, or change of mind

• We only replace/refund items that arrive defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect

7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times vary because products are custom-made after ordering. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout.

Once a product ships, carrier delivery timelines and delays are outside our control.

If a package is marked “Delivered” but not received, we will assist in carrier investigation but cannot guarantee replacement unless confirmed lost.
