We want you to love your order. Most products from Medellin Mafia Design are made to order, which means we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

If there is a print error, visible quality issue, damaged item, incorrect item, or verified production issue, we will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund when approved.

Return Policy Summary

We only accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items that arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or with a verified production issue.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect customer-selected options, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For the fastest resolution, please contact us with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• Photos taken on a flat, well-lit surface

• A photo showing the tag or packaging, if available

Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All products are made to order.

You may edit or cancel your order before it enters production using the link provided in your confirmation email. Once your order enters production, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved defective, damaged, incorrect, or production-error items.

PayPal refunds may appear within approximately 24 hours.

Credit and debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. Additional payment options may appear at checkout depending on availability, customer location, and payment provider approval.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs charges, or other local fees. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
