We want you to love your order. All products are made to order, which means we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

Return Policy Summary

We only accept returns or replacements for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any issues.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a defect, damage, or error:

• Email us at contact@support.medellinmafiadesign.com

• Include your order number

• Provide clear photos of the issue (flat surface, well-lit, tag visible if possible)

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All products are made to order.

• You may edit or cancel your order before it enters production using the link in your confirmation email

• Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• PayPal: Refunds appear within ~24 hours

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Information

• Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by our production partner

• Multiple items may arrive separately

• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
