We want you to love your order. Most products from Medellin Mafia Design are made to order, which means we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

If your order arrives with a print error, visible quality issue, damage, incorrect item, or verified production defect, we will review your claim and provide a replacement or refund when approved.





Return Policy Summary

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only for products that arrive:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during production or shipping
  • Incorrect
  • Affected by a verified production defect

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect color, style, or product options selected during checkout
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any issue.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For the fastest resolution, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos taken on a flat, well-lit surface
  • A photo of the product tag or packaging (if available)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

All products are made to order.

Orders may be edited or canceled before production begins using the link provided in your order confirmation email.

Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for approved claims involving defective, damaged, incorrect, or production-error items.

  • PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 24 hours after processing.
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your location and payment provider.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other local charges. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Fulfillment Information

Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by our trusted production partners.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately from different production or fulfillment facilities.
